System WTB 2000 (WTB - Wire Train Bus) is a communication facility for serial communication in track vehicle sets designed above all for communication in between control systems located in individual vehicles. This system has been designed in conformity with last version of IEC 61375-1 standard.
System is aplicable in control systems or in gateways based on construction VME, 3U.
The WTB 2000 block has following features:

WTB redundant communication interface according to IEC 61375-1 (TCN)
- VME Slave interface
- Operating temperature -40 .. +85 °C
- Sleep mode
- Power supply +5V from VME backplane & 24V DC via front connector (for fritting and sleep mode)
- Dimension - width only 3 × 4TE, insertable into any VME slot
- Constuction - "Sandwitch" style with 1x VME connector
